Important Notice: Please read this refund policy before purchasing VIP service in Blue Thunder VPN. By purchasing, you acknowledge that refund requests are reviewed according to your order status, payment record, actual benefit usage, and the service terms shown in the app.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Weekly and Monthly VIP subscription purchases made through Blue Thunder VPN on Android, including Google Play subscriptions and any checkout flow made available in the app for your region.
NOVABEYOND LIMITED provides payment processing services for Blue Thunder VPN.
2. Refund Review
Refund requests are reviewed manually. We may check your subscription status, payment record, remaining subscription time, actual benefit usage, refund reason, and supporting information provided in your request.
Eligible unused benefits may be refunded. Used or irreversible benefits may reduce the refund amount or make a request ineligible for a full refund. The final refund result depends on the review outcome.
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request in the app:
- Open Blue Thunder VPN.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Subscription Refund.
- Tap Request a refund.
- Enter a reachable contact email.
- Select a refund reason.
- Describe the issue or refund reason.
- Add screenshots if needed. The app supports up to 3 screenshots.
- Confirm the refund notice and submit the request.
4. Processing Time
The estimated processing time is 1-3 business days after we receive your request. The review result will be sent to the contact email you provide.
5. After a Refund
After a refund is completed, the related subscription benefits may end. A refunded subscription account may not be able to subscribe again to the same service, depending on the review result and service rules.
